At H&R Jewelry & Loan Co. Inc., we understand the importance of shipping your items with care and security. We offer the following shipping policy to ensure your item arrives safely:

  1. Shipping Method: We use a reputable shipping company to ship all our items. The shipping method used will depend on the value and size of the item. We may require signature confirmation for high-value items.
  2. Items usually ship within 2 to 5 days of purchase.
  3. If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call any of our Customer Representatives if you wish to make this type of request.
  4. Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping will depend on the value and weight of the item, as well as the shipping method used. The shipping cost will be added to the purchase price of the item.
  5. Shipping Time: We will ship your item within 2 business days of receiving payment. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method used and the destination of the item.
  6. Insurance: We insure all our items for their full value during shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
  7. Returns: If you need to return a item that was shipped to you, please follow our return policy guidelines. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Note 1 : Your item will be professionally packaged and come in a lovely jewelry box.

Note 2 : All packages shipped within California State are subject to the California State Sales Tax of 9.5%.

Pick Up Policy

  1. In order to pick up your online purchase in store, you need to contact us at info@hrpawn.co and request order pick up approval.
  2. Once your order is approved for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.
  3. Please make sure that your items are ready for pick up by calling us 818-508-5151 or email info@hrpawn.co
  4. Follow the instruction in the email. Bring your Government issued Photo ID as well as credit/debit cards you used as payment method for this order. We will have to verify cardholder's identity prior giving the order.
  5. Once your order is picked up, you will receive a confirmation.
  6. Order only can be picked up by the CARDHOLDER, person who made this payment.
