During this phase, a confirmation email will be sent, requesting specific identification documents (e.g., Driver's License, Passport) along with details of the credit card used for the purchase (Last 4 Digits). In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to submit a photograph holding both the identification and credit card items, as exemplified in the attached image within the email.
It is important to note that we do not store these verification emails on our servers. Instead, they are securely attached to your customer profile, streamlining future orders and exempting you from undergoing this process again. This stringent verification procedure is implemented to ensure the legitimacy of the order and confirm that the individual placing the order is indeed the authorized cardholder.
