- Shipping Time: We will ship your item within 2 business days of receiving payment. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method used and the destination of the item.
- Insurance: We insure all our items for their full value during shipping. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
- Returns: If you need to return a item that was shipped to you, please follow our return policy guidelines. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Pick Up Policy
- In order to pick up your online purchase in store, you need to contact us at info@hrpawn.co and request order pick up approval.
- Once your order is approved for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please make sure that your items are ready for pick up by calling us 818-508-5151 or email info@hrpawn.co
- Follow the instruction in the email. Bring your Government issued Photo ID as well as credit/debit cards you used as payment method for this order. We will have to verify cardholder's identity prior giving the order.
- Once your order is picked up, you will receive a confirmation.
- Order only can be picked up by the CARDHOLDER, person who made this payment.
Return Policy
At H&R Jewelry & Loan Co. Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following return policy for our items to ensure your peace of mind:
- 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on all items we sell. If within 14 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal value. A 20% restocking fee shall be applied for returned goods. Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.
- Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation and packaging. Any alterations or modifications made to the item after purchase will void this return policy.
- Exclusions: This return policy does not apply to items sold as-is, damaged items, or items purchased during a sale or promotion.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Transferability: This return policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the item.
