Pick Up Policy
- In order to pick up your online purchase in store, you need to contact us at info@hrpawn.co and request order pick up approval.
- Once your order is approved for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please make sure that your items are ready for pick up by calling us 818-508-5151 or email info@hrpawn.co
- Follow the instruction in the email. Bring your Government issued Photo ID as well as credit/debit cards you used as payment method for this order. We will have to verify cardholder's identity prior giving the order.
- Once your order is picked up, you will receive a confirmation.
- Order only can be picked up by the CARDHOLDER, person who made this payment.
Return Policy
At H&R Jewelry & Loan Co. Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following return policy for our items to ensure your peace of mind:
- 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on all items we sell.
